Front Room Progress Update!

Hello Everyone!

It has been a minute since I have written on here, but I promise it was because I was planning a new way organize and create my content.  Moving forward I will be posting on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Monday will be anything related to Home, Wednesday will be Health, and Friday will be Hodgepodge.  I hope you all enjoy this new format and please let me know if there is anything specific you would like me to post on.

Now onto the good stuff.  My now husband and I bought our very first home back on June, 24, 2015.  Since we got married just two months after moving in, we had to put some house updating on the back burner.  Now that all the chaos is over, I have been enjoying getting my house put together and finally make it the home of my (our) dreams!  The first room I wanted to share with you is our front room.  This room is really coming together and I look forward to adding the finishing touches on it soon, but until then here is how far it has come!

I am so happy with the progress I have made and look forward to finding and adding the following pieces:

  • Coffee table
  • Area rug
  • Two chairs for on each side of the secretary desk
    • I already have these, I just need to paint and reupholster
  • Two large prints for each side of the window
I hope you all enjoyed this post and I look forward to sharing more of my home with you each week.
